Why glass
The name comes from hyalos, the Greek word for glass. It is how the firm works: clear thinking, less clutter, and a strategy you can see straight through. You see the reasoning, the numbers, and the trade-offs. Nothing arrives as a black box.
The same rule applies mid-engagement. If something is not working, you hear it from us first, with the fix already scoped.

A note from the founder
The standard I grew up with is the standard I bring to client work.
I come from a small village in the south of India. My parents are retired educators who spend their pension teaching children who would otherwise have no access to education. That background shapes everything I see, build, and write.
I spent fourteen years building brands and revenue engines for other people. In February 2026 I started building for myself. I named the firm after glass because that is the deal: you see the thinking, the numbers, and the mistakes. If something is not working, you will hear it from me before you find it yourself.
I write about work, life, and family to 110,000 readers on LinkedIn. Occasional dad jokes included.
